Bad Yard Sound is a soundsystem from Geneva, Switzerland, composed by 7 members (Topman, Sixth Selecta, General Kidis, Mista Van Bullet, Yalinga, Skyscreepa and Skeptik).
It's in force to attend the reggae / Dancehall event's for many years, and getting interested in what's happening in this music and culture, this group of friends wanted to become an actor on the Geneva Dancehall stage.

Former resident of the club "Le 5ème" in Geneva (CH), they organized two dancehall events per month, which had big success, until may 2011, when the owner changed.

This incident didn't afraid them to continue to organize big events with sound systems like Heavy Hammer (IT), Kalibandulu (IT), Soundbwoys Destiny(DE), Shadow Killa (FR), or Dirty Ragga Squad (DE). They also had big opportunities. They did the first part of artists and sound systems of the international reggae / dancehall stage like Killamanjaro (JA), Romain Virgo (JA). And also mixed in Berlin Club's like the Yaam, the Calabash Club and the Cassiopeia.

In September 2011, they won the "Tag Team Soundclash 2k11" in Geneva at Corner 25 against a Geneva and Belgium sound system.

Bad Yard takes its inspiration from both, locals and international sounds, and the diversity of the differents members make their sets always more fresh and intense
