The musicians of Blind Lane already left their mark on the Swiss music scene before they met to form Blind Lane.
Dave Egloff and Stefan Rohr met in the band Moonplain, where Dave was a founding member, and Stefan stepped in as bassist. After Moonplain had dissolved, Dave and Stefan decided to call the new band "Blind Lane" into being.
After the drummer Gabriel Traber joined the band in spring 2011, Blind Lane has been ready to go into action.

Dave Egloff and Stefan Rohr met in the band Moonplain, where Dave was a founding member, and Stefan stepped in as bassist. After Moonplain had dissolved, Dave and Stefan decided to call the new band "Blind Lane" into being.
After the drummer Gabriel Traber joined the band in spring 2011, Blind Lane has been ready to go into action.
That the new band would work well in this setting was clear already after the first rehearsal. Within a short time, the musicians wrote a dozen powerful new songs.
In autumn 2011, Blind Lane start to produce their debut album. About the release date can only be speculated at this time.

Dave Egloff (Guitar, Vocals, Programmings)
Dave started playing the guitar with 15 and together with friends from school he formed his first Rock’n’Roll band "The Greenhornes". After only one gig the band dissolved and Dave formed the Neo-Rockabilly band “The Hedgehogs”. The band sold more than 15’000 albums on the worldwide Rockabilly market, and played more than 350 concerts.
The next few years Dave dedicated himself fully to the band “Moonplain”.

Stefan Rohr (Bass, Backing Vocals)
Stefan also has extensive experience in the Swiss music scene. His musical expertise has been built playing countless gigs with various bands, from blues, rock, pop, hip-hop and funk to jazz.
Due to this diversity, he was involved in many concerts and recording sessions with different bands, and so it happened that Dave asked him to play for “Moonplain” in 2010, where they met finally.

Gabriel Traber (Drums)
Since Gabriel was a little boy, he loved to hitting the drums, toms and cymbals, to get out stomping beats. With bands like “The Lost Perception” and “Nosmash” he has made his experiences on stage and in recording sessions. In spring 2011 Gabriel joined Blind Lane.
