Born and raised in Zurich Wipkingen, Dan played in many bands around Zurich, like 'Strain', 'Giacchetti 5' and 'Danny Jacket'.
In 1996, he moved to the USA where he joined the Indiana based punk band 'The Kaniggets'. After living in Sydney, Australia for 2 years, Dan returned to the states where he joined 'The Grodees'.

Inbetween 'Grodees' gigs, he works on his solo material.
