"El Medico" CUBATON rapper Reynier Casanayor Grinan comes from Sierra Maestra where once, 50 years ago, the Cuban revolution found it's origin. The 29 year old performer studied medicine at the University of Santiago de Cuba and established together with two study colleagues his first rap-band "Garganta de Fuego" in 1993.
