The creative force behind Intended Immigration is Swiss-born composer/producer Thomas Foyer. Besides writing and producing his own music Thomas has contributed to remixes on recent albums of his all time heros Herb Alpert and Quincy Jones.

Growing up in multi-lingual Switzerland, Thomas was exposed naturally and early to many cultures and languages both inside and outside the borders that connect the small country with its many neighbours in the heart of Europe.

Thomas has studied at the University of Zurich, Switzerland, as well as at the American School of Modern Music in Paris, France and at the Berklee College of Music, Boston MA. He currently lives in New York City.

Thomas is fluent in English, German, French and Schwiizertuetsch. He is also able to ask for a hotel room and a subway map in Italian. He is known to occasionally yodel, but only among very close friends.
