My name is Magdalena Winet, I'm 24 years old and was born in Chur. Currently I'm studying to become nursery at Kindergarten.

Who is „Janemee“?
My name is Magdalena Winet, I'm 24 years old and was born in Chur. Currently I'm studying to become nursery at Kindergarten.
Musical training
As I was twelve years old I sang in a band and I had my first child-gigs. With fourteen years I sang for some beats of a good friend. Together we called us Malaña. At this time I began to write some English lyrics, the first one called „I'm a snowflake in the summertime. “. Five years later I began to make music with BrownyMa, a lot of my songs are a product of this time.
Musical development
During 3 years I've taken training in "solo singing" and during 9 year choir. In additional, I've taken lessons with professional teachers during 4 years for guitar and 5 years for clarinet.
My strength is the composition of lyrics for songs.
Musical goals
In future I'd like to make some songs with Hearstuff and I hope a lot of good songs will come up. I'm continually to strive to reach a better quality and to learn new vocal techniques, whereas the singing should come primarily sincere. I'd like to sing for joy and I hope that prospectively this joy will stay, too. It's important for me that my songs stay authentic and the texts will originate from me. I hope that I will reach more peoples with my music and that my songs touch the other peoples, 'cause I don't think there is a bigger joy for a musician.
Musical productions
I produced twenty songs with Electrik Gossip (at this time Malaña); the most of these productions certainly took place at Splee (a hill in Sargans) and are consequently not really high quality. Circa three songs I made with Shy and ten songs with BrownyMa.

Influences of me are: Hole, Courtney Love, Juliette and the licks, Moloko, Radiohead, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Nine Inch Nails, Patti Smith, Portishead, Sonic Youth, Skunk Anansie, The dead weather, Coco Rosie, Sheryl Crow, Anouk, K's choice, Lauryn Hill, Grossstadtgeflüster, The Doors, Johnny Cash, Smashing Pumpkins, A perfect circle, Clueso, L7, Audioslave, Incubus...
My favorite songs momentarily are: This I know von Juliette and the licks, Paranoid Android von Radiohead und Closer von Nine Inch Nails.
