Hooked up to electronic music since then ls has seen the development of electronic music styles and tastes and started to produce his own sound landscapes in the beginning nineties ...

le sinistre is a electronic music one man project based in Bern, Switzerland. 1973 born ls had his musical education in the second grade school orchestra in the middle eighties and stumbled into the 1988 Acid House hype where he first experienced the power of electronic music with its hypnotizing loops and repetitions. Hooked up to electronic music since then ls has seen the development of electronic music styles and tastes and started to produce his own sound landscapes in the beginning nineties with synthesizers and samplers. Since a lot of his friends were also involved in making music, dj-ing and so on a rich exchange happened over the years with several participations in jams, live-acts and producing music. The last few years were marked with a development away from synthesizer hardware to computer-based software instruments along with the ongoing increase of technical possibilities and much better output quality. The newly released album "anomalies" is the sum of the creative work in the last two years. ls worked together with da F (Zeropage, Phoenix Connection) for the mixing and mastering of his album.
