We are some young musicians from Eschenbach SG that formed this alternative rock band in 2003, when guitarist A-Lee, drummer Chris and bassist Paddy all had to audition for a school project to present the children the greatness of playing music. We are some young musicians from Eschenbach SG that formed this alternative rock band in 2003, when guitarist A-Lee, drummer Chris and bassist Paddy all had to audition for a school project to present the children the greatness of playing music. For that, the group had to learn the Pippi Langstrumpf song but unfortunately, they didn't learn the song properly which transferred them into a nasty situation with their music-teacher.
So they had a break and as soon as A-Lee asked them "Hey, do you know this song?" and played the "Smells Like Teen"-Spirit accords, the group sticked together. Immediately they desired to have an own band and without knowing each other, bassist Paddy wanted to repeat this mindblowing day and so he brought the trio together again (Someone has to think about it, he was 12 years old and A-Lee was like 20 and about 3 foot taller and more robust, but it seems paddy didn't mind at all).

From now on, they played regulary together but soon found out they needed someone to sing the songs, which led to a lineup-change from 3 to 7 people (including second guitarist Wismä).

So they developped their abilites and learned how to write songs and with some new lineup-changes (Jay left, Fly lef but later was brought back by A-Lee, then Wismä left) Meeting Crisis became a group that wants to bring the people rock music again in a new, different and unconventional way and show how much fun it is to be part of this beautiful genre.
