Were a young Emocore Band from Zurich, Switzerland. After gaining their first experiences in different bands, Ueli Sonderegger (git), Nico Schroffenegger (drums), Partick Weber (git), Johnas Nussbaumer (bass) and Adrian Schnaubelt (voice) got together in the beginning of Dezember 2005. The simple reason for founding My Last Escape was that all of us have been following the rise of Emocore in the States with great interest. Were a young Emocore Band from Zurich, Switzerland. After gaining their first experiences in different bands, Ueli Sonderegger (git), Nico Schroffenegger (drums), Partick Weber (git), Johnas Nussbaumer (bass) and Adrian Schnaubelt (voice) got together in the beginning of Dezember 2005. The simple reason for founding My Last Escape was that all of us have been following the rise of Emocore in the States with great interest. We all liked the same bands: Silverstein, Thrice, Senses Fail, Glasseaters, Boy sets fire, Matchbook Romance...but none of us could convince his old band for a radical change.

This Sound doesnt really exist in Switzerland and decided to change that! We're sick of the popular underground music in Switzerland these days. There is a whole scene, a universe of great bands all around the world, that nobody knows in Switzerland.

But our name doesn't only have a musical meaning. This band is our last escape from this sick society and hypocritical world. We're not just in it for the fun. We HAVE to do this. We put everything we have into this band. It has changed our world already. Yours is next!
