Natascha Luana (born 10th May, 1993, Lucerne, Switzerland as Natascha Gantner) is a Swiss Brazilian singer and songwriter.

Natascha Luana (born 10th May, 1993, Lucerne, Switzerland as Natascha Gantner) is a Swiss Brazilian singer and songwriter.
At the age of 12 years Natascha had to sing along to one of the songs during her guitar lesson. The teacher was impressed by the young girl's voice and asked her, to sing more often. One year later Natascha started writing and composing her own songs, out of of boredom. When she was 14 her Dad signed her up for the casting of the talent show of Central Switzerland. Being too young for the casting, Natascha was named 'Youngster of the year'. During the years Natascha had had several gigs at schools, private parties and big town events. In her last year of college she decided to bring out a record with songs she had composed herself as her diploma project. The songs were recorded in her Dad's band room, produced and published by her Dad. After graduation Natascha had a lot of free time and kept writing songs, without never being satisfied until one day she found such a big inspiration. She created a Facebook fan page and started uploading acoustic versions of her new songs and saw, that people actually liked them. She also started covering songs and uploading them on youtube. Since September 2011 Natascha has been working on her second album, which hasn't received a name, yet.
Natascha names Gavin Degraw, Lana Del Rey, Nicki Minaj, Cro, Avril Lavigne, Nelly Furtado, Michelle Branch and Evan Taubenfeld as her main influences.
