In a small village on the edge of the Zurich Oberland two youngsters are pounding through the snow, an amplifier in their hands - grey worn out coats and a smell which reminds you of a 20 years Band room - and an old bass guitar which is similar to a Fender, in a black bag with leather handles and a compartment for notes.

Just a little story before the merger of three musicians of a scattered school band consisting of singer Luca, the two guitarists Claudio and Bachi and two outside musicians without any experience respectively bassist Sandro and drummer Basil.

Luca - Our little Star

Even in school his powerful and beautiful voice overpowered all the others. He started with small performances at birthday parties of his friends and he also gave a concert for about 70 people. From his self-written songs we conjured up songs for PURPLE RADIO.

Bachi- the determined one

He began with the piano, but eventually he realized that with classical music he is still far from having reached his horizon. So he started playing the electric guitar and studied with the help of stars such as Jimi Hendrix and Eric Clapton, the high art of emotionally plucking the strings. With his absolute pitch for music he transforms even the most boring chords into a special music event.

Sandro - the Ambitious one

The little story at the beginning has to do with him. 2 months before the foundation of the band, he began to learn the bass. The experience at the keyboard paid off. The «self study», and with the help of Pro's like Victor Wooten and Stuart Zender (Jamiroquai) he brought it to a respectable level and now manages techniques such as slapping and double thumb.

Claudio - the Down to Earth one

Our most experienced guitarist dominates his instrument since 10 years. In the Band room, he is just fine, but on stage, however, he behaves like a hog as we say in Swiss German. For example, he plays a solo with the Guitar on his back.

Basil - the Crazy one

In addition to his drumming, he always knows how to make us smile. Initially intended only as a substitute, he has become a fully integrated part of the band. No matter what musical direction we try, he always finds the right beat.
