The band is born in 2009. Thanks to friendship, amusement, determination and heaps of research the project Soundfollowers took form.
A project that has grown up along with the will to explore a jungle of sonorities for a personal glowing wish; reaching its emotional objective at the moment that the audience is captured from the same pathos. Andrea Zinzi (guitar and voice), Matteo Martelli (voice and guitar), Matteo Albisetti (drums), Nicola Rossi (bass guitar) found their satisfaction of drawing rhythms, sounds and harmonies near that derived from the influence of more genres (Blues, Rock, Funk).
After the first CD demo, recorded at the end of 2009, the four « sound followers’ » “sound” participates at the 2010 edition of « Palco ai Giovani » achieving the second place. Thanks to this result they had the chance to play at the « Buskers Festival » of Lugano, at the « Cambusindie » during the Film Festival of Locarno and at the “Meeting dell’etichette indipendenti” (MEI) in Faenza.
In December 2010, they cut a record of their first CD entitled « Full Swing » as meaning of a “continuous development”. The recording was a direct sound recording with the purpose of keeping an impact similar to Live. Together with the main musical project they decide to undertake a second one in order to help kids from the Congo-Zaire. On the 1 April 2011 they present « Full Swing » in a evening organised by them, having a positive feedback. Have followed one another of other concerts, including a return to Teatro Cambusa.
From now on, it aims to widen the possibility to make known the « sound followers » throughout Switzerland. Having created a repertory of an hour and a half, the attention is already focused in particular on research, experimentation and new combinations for new songs.

Il gruppo si è formato nel 2009. Amicizia, passione, divertimento, determinazione e molta ricerca sono i tasselli che creano il progetto musicale Soundfollowers.
Un progetto che è cresciuto insieme alla voglia di esplorare una giungla di sonorità per un desiderio ardente personale; raggiungendo il suo obiettivo emotivo al momento che il pubblico viene catturato dal loro stesso pathos. Andrea Zinzi (chitarra e voce), Matteo Martelli (voce e chitarra), Matteo Albisetti (batteria), Nicola Rossi (basso) trovano la loro soddisfazione nell’accostare ritmi, suoni e armonie che derivano dall’influenza di più generi (Blues, Rock, Funk).
Dopo un primo CD demo, registrato alla fine del 2009, il “sound” dei quattro « inseguitori del suono » partecipa all’edizione del 2010 di « Palco ai Giovani » aggiudicandosi il secondo posto. Grazie a questo risultato hanno potuto suonare al « Buskers Festival » di Lugano, al « Cambusindie » durante il festival del Film di Locarno e al Meeting delle etichette indipendenti (MEI) a Faenza.
Nel dicembre del 2010, incidono il loro primo CD dal titolo « Full Swing » che significa “in pieno svolgimento”. La registrazione è stata fatta in presa diretta con lo scopo di mantenere un impatto simile all’esibizione Live. Assieme al progetto musicale decidono di intraprenderne un secondo con lo scopo di aiutare i bambini del Congo-Zaire. Il 1 Aprile del 2011 presentano « Full Swing » in una serata organizzata da loro, avendo un ottimo riscontro. Sono susseguiti altri concerti, incluso un ritorno al Teatro Cambusa.
D’ora in poi, si punta ad ampliare la possibilità di far conoscere gli « inseguitori del suono » in tutta Svizzera. Avendo creato un repertorio di un’ora e mezza, l’attenzione è già rivolta in particolare alla ricerca, sperimentazione e nuovi accostamenti per nuovi brani.
