zirrus was formed in the winter of 2008 and consists of Jonathan Banz (Guitar), Dorian Bellwald (Vocals), Julian Ludwig (Bass Guitar), Michael Schmid (Drums) and Morris Thomkins (Guitar). Melding elements of Metal Core, Gothenburg Death Metal and Post-Rock, zirrus, creates a distinctive fast-paced sound.//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
2009 zirrus released the first demo-Kumulus- which was recorded at their rehearsal room in Lucerne.
