Biography

DEUTSCH:
Die Band Darrow wurde im April 2009 unter dem Namen "The War we lost" gegründet und spielte diverse Konzerte in der Schweiz. Nach einigen Mitgliederwechseln und vielen neuen Songs, wurde im Cubeaudio Studio in Göttingen (D) mithilfe von Produzent Markus Gumball die erste Demo-CD aufgenommen, welche im Jahr 2011 erschien. Im selben Jahr wechselte die Band den Namen zu Darrow. Im Jahr 2012 spielte die Band mehrere Konzerte zusammen mit Bands aus ganz Europa (u.a. Breakdown of Sanity, More than a thousand, Scarred by Beauty, Helia, Maddison Affair). 2013 widmete sich die Band ganz der Produktion ihres ersten Albums "Generation of Builders", welches in Eigenregie aufgenommen und von Marco Puglisi (Syndrone Studio) gemixt und gemastert wurde und im März 2014 erschien.

The Band Darrow, originally called "The war we lost", was founded in April 2009 and played various shows in Switzerland. After a few member changes and a lot of new songs they recorded their first demo-CD in Cubeaudio Studio Göttingen, Germany, with the producer Markus Gumball, and released it in 2011. The same year the name got changed to Darrow. In the year 2012 the band played many shows with bands from all over Europe (Breakdown of Sanity, More than a thousand, Scarred by Beauty, Helia, Maddison Affair and others). 2013 the band clung to the project of recording their first full-length album "Generation of Builders", which was recorded by themselves and mixed and mastered by Marco Puglisi (Syndrone Studio) and got released in March 2014.
