Vermillion Rouge

Biography

Vermillion Rouge is a trio whose goal is the diffusion of those warm hidden
feelings which are propagated through sung words and live music. The trio was
born in Lugano (TI) in 2005, when the two drummers Andrea and Luca decided
to create an ensemble and asked Alberto to be their bassist. Soon afterwards,
Andrea changed instrument to become the lead guitarist and singer, and his talent made him
... a natural leader of the band. The value of the project has been
confirmed the following year, as Vermillion Rouge ranked
second in the competition Palco ai Giovani. The following step
was the recording of an EP, occasion which led the trio to broaden their
knowledge working at the n.flux studio. The band also performed
in several clubs, such as the Alte Kaserne (Zürich), Xtra (Zürich), Bar Rossi (Zürich) Bleu Lezard (Lausanne), Zelig (Lausanne)
Sidewalk (Lausanne), Oops bar (Lugano), Metro club (Lugano). The next project is the recording of an album for which
the trio has been working at a lot of new material, which the band is eager to test the crowd with!
