i remember a day in my life
when my best friend told me that he lost his wife
he had no idea where to go
and so he decided to make the world his home

i still hear him saying
certain situations are not worth praying
so he packed his stuff together
a piece of clothing for each kind of weather

there are countless paths to go
and so many ways to grow
just walk under the full-moons glow
enjoy as long as the rivers flow

for a long time i could not understand
why he left or what he planed
many years needed to pass for me to find out
what his thougts where all about

my bags are packed i'm ready to start
i want to feel all grace of life's art
i wanna try to find him anywhere everywhere
cause i know such friends are very rare
