Ginger Tønic

Biography

For many years the front-man of Zürich-based rock band "Alice in Wasteland", Andrew Oakeshott has since gone solo. Now under the fresh stage name "Ginger Tønic", a simultaneous tongue-in cheek reference to his appearance and Nordic roots, he is a new-comer to the European alternative music scene. His sound is best described as a fusion of 90s guitar-driven alt rock and contemporary British indie, one of his biggest inspirations being Sam Fender.
