Biography

Pop structures meet broken beats and drift off into detailed sound design. Intimate songwriting is carried by organic rhythms and driving sounds. Poems flow in a riverbed of electronic sounds and vocalizations. The voice entangles melody and meaning.

Through her music, Lisheva creates an introspective mirror world in which she deconstructs, abstracts, and reflects upon her identity and self perception. Her Debut EP Cygnus Moriens is about the healing of old wounds through newfound definitions of love and friendship and about the embrace of the child within.

The Solothurn-based singer and producer behind Lisheva is active in multiple projects (Deep Fried Galaxy, babycurls). As Lisheva, she aims to explore and develop her personal forms of expression and sonic worlds.
